EXPLORER TRAILBLAZER PIONEER ADVENTURER ALA CARTE ITEMS


    • Explorer Level ($2500)
    • In School Advertising
        • Company 4x5 banner placed on the school fence for the school year (paid by DCE PTO)
        • Solo spotlight in front office with ability to bring in promotional materials for allotted amount of time
        •  Logo placement on Fun Run t-shirts distributed to approximately 1000 students and staff
        • Highlighted business sponsorship in DCE front office with business cards
        • Business flyer distributed in approximately 900 student orientation folders (if provided)
        • Promoted as sponsors on event advertising for Fun Run, Back to School Bingo,  and Ice Cream Social
    • Social Media and Electronic Advertisement
        • Prominent company placement on the homepage of dcepto.org website (listed in alphabetical order, Top tier)
        • Sponsorship recognition on dcepto.org with direct link to your company website (listed in alphabetical order, Top tier)
        • PTO membership discounts promoted on discount card if provided with sponsorship
        • Company logo and contact information advertised on DCE PTO social media
        • Logo on PTO monthly newsletter (electronic)
        • Business Highlight of the Month:  Company logo and contact information advertised in DCE Compass school wide electronic monthly newsletter
        • 12 Free Peach Jar Advertisements throughout the year if provided by Tuesday of week to be advertised (must be sent in PDF file to bonnieruckh@yahoo.com)
    • Event Invitations
        • Invitation to PIL social at the beginning of the year
        • Invitation to PIL and Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast at the end of the year
        • Invitation to distribute promotional materials at the Back to School Bingo Night, Ice Cream Social, Spring Event, and Volunteer Appreciation Event

Ala Carte Items

Separate items that may be purchased in addition to sponsorship to be paid online via PayPal or via check to DCE PTO.

CARPOOL SIGN - $100 for school year - 1st come basis - due July 5th

This sign is given out to each family and is used by those on a daily basis for parent pick-up.  Advertisement is in view of the parents when sign is hung and when waiting for child.  Business card size ad must be in HIGH RESOLUTION JPG FORMAT or EPS

EVENT SPONSORSHIP - see prices below - 1st come basis 

Business sponsorship will be on flyers send home with students, business to be mentioned several times through event, ability to have promotional materials at event

ICE CREAM SOCIAL $300

BACK TO SCHOOL BINGO $300

MOTHER/SON EVENT $600

DADDY/DAUGHTER DANCE $750

SPACE NIGHT $1500

FUN RUN $2000
